What exactly do you install?
A 1.5 cu. ft. catalytic carbon system with a programmable head on your main water line, plus a 5-stage reverse osmosis unit compliant with NSF/ANSI 58 under the sink. The spec sheet, with brand and model, comes with every quote.
What if my main water line is not standard?
We see it in your photos before we give you a price. If the installation calls for work outside the norm — moving a main water line, adding a drain or an outlet — the cost is written down for you before the plumber starts, and you are free to decline.
Who do I call if it leaks?
The plumber. Their number is on your work order, and the 12-month labour warranty is theirs. Eau Nette coordinates: call us at 438 900-4294 and we reach them with you.
Can this be done in a condo?
Under-sink reverse osmosis, yes, in almost every case: it connects to your kitchen cold-water line. The whole-home filter, no, unless the condo board agrees, because it installs on the building's main water line.
I'm on a well. Does this apply?
Not at the same price. Well water needs a real water test before any recommendation: hardness, iron, sulphur and bacteria change the equipment completely. Choose “Well” in the questionnaire and we'll walk you through it.
